Museum, Arts & Heritage Evaluation

I make evaluation meaningful, practical and purposeful, helping museums, heritage, arts, cultural organisations, funders and local authorities turn insight into impact. I work closely with teams to gather the evidence that matters, show what’s working, and shape what comes next. My evaluations support clear planning, compelling storytelling, and confident reporting - without losing sight of your values.
With over 50 evaluations delivered, including major projects for the National Lottery Heritage Fund, I bring clarity, empathy and strategic focus, combining robust methods with creative reflection, from theory of change to light-touch creative workshops, to spark fresh thinking, learning, and drive lasting change.
Mel and Pam were fantastic at taking us through every stage of the process we needed to follow, energising us to make new connections, and helping us evaluate the key messages coming from our community.
They bring a fantastic, positive energy to their work, are full of ideas, experience and insights, and have been a pleasure to work with throughout this project.

"It was a pleasure working with Samina and Pam.  They were thorough in understanding Jerwood Arts’ priorities for the evaluation, and we worked closely together on the framework for the process. They gathered great data from our artists and those delivering funded programmes. It provided a rare insight for a funder into what people really thought of their experience applying to and receiving funding. We used the information to make strategic decisions about updating our strategy and guidance to ensure it remained relevant for the needs and challenges facing those working in the arts."

Former Deputy Director, Jerwood Arts
