I am a highly experienced evaluator and strategic consultant with a strong track record of working across the heritage, cultural and environmental sectors.
I support organisations to think differently about the impacts they do make - and could make - through developmental evaluation, peer learning, and practical insight.
I specialise in helping teams balance big-picture ambition with evidence, delivery, and future relevance, with strengths in working with collaborative initiatives, complex partnerships and sector-wide frameworks, drawing on over 50 evaluations for funders and institutions.
