"It was a pleasure working with Samina and Pam. They were thorough in understanding Jerwood Arts’ priorities for the evaluation, and we worked closely together on the framework for the process. They gathered great data from our artists and those delivering funded programmes. It provided a rare insight for a funder into what people really thought of their experience applying to and receiving funding. We used the information to make strategic decisions about updating our strategy and guidance to ensure it remained relevant for the needs and challenges facing those working in the arts."
